My Little Tree

My Little Tree

Once upon a time there was this little girl,
Her blonde wavy hair and blue eyes
Full of emotions as she watch her mother
Working in the garden, she walks up to her mom,
“Mommy can I help you.” She asked.
Her mom looks at her daughter with profoundness
In her eyes, that how her little girl has grown up
To become a beautiful princess.
That is what she calls her daughter.
“Yes princess, but I have a surprise for you.” She looks
At her mom as she scrunches her nose and pulls up her brow.
Mommy walked to the side of the garden to her shed
That her father built for her when she moved into
This house. She bend down and picked up the small
Plant that was the big surprise.
She wanted her daughter to have something
With value, something that she would
Look after for years to come,
And as the tree would grow so would her love
And blossom, as she would tell her
Little girl.
This is God’s creations just as you were when you
Were born.
She walked towards her daughter and the little girl’s eyes sparkled.
“Mommy is that for me, my own little tree.”
That is what makes the love of God grow is when we
Take care of his nature he has provided,
Just like the mother would fed her little girl,
To grow big and beautiful.
So will the little tree as it gets water
And grow big and strong.
