Origin
Approximately 1390; borrowed from Latin, 'impudentia,' from 'impudentis,' nominative 'impudens' ('im-': not + 'pudentis,' nominative 'pudens,' present participle of 'pudere': to cause shame).I wrote a poem reflecting the word, "impudence"
The Way She Moved
Courageous, uplifting, inspirational
She was born with integrity,
She spoke with such excellence
People want to be like her, some
Tag along to find out more about her.
She carries herself like no other,
She believes in her Savior
That he has brought her to this place
As she walk in faith, and held up by his grace.
The way she moved
The way she carry herself
Without judging the human race.
She is everything I want to be,
I want to be like her
The way she can inspire me
Her impudence may have insulted
Some along the way,
But she built her career from
Strength to strength.
I long to walk in her shadows
But yet I do walk in them
Because she and I are one and the same.
