"Justice"

On a hill faraway lay rows of soldiers
Whose sacrificed their lives for there country, to see justice.
To see a decade later the man whose
Been the mastermind behind the pentagon in washington state, the twin towers, the world trade centre fall apart.
It may have been a nation that came to a complete standstill,
But outside of USA, was a world
Coming also to a complete halt as that
Very attack made history,
Tears were shed world wide,
Families who lost a loved one
Never got there closure,
Never got to say there final goodbyes
How many of us ever take a moment
No matter where you are in this world
And think for one moment and pray
In silence for justice, for this all to end
One man, one idea, one thought.
One president, and all his advisers, his vision to let those who have lost someone in the 9/11 know ,Justice will be prevail, the death of a monster that is Bin Laden, may he burn in hell for thousands of decades.
All souls can rest now we have seen Justice.

Poetry Potluck Week 33 Theme:  "Doubts, Fears, Inhibitions,  and Hesitation"

These words just came to me as I read my friends journal where he said"They got the guy who killed my dad" those words hit deep within my heart as there so many sons and daughters whose lost a father in the 9/11, this boy treasure the memories of his dad when he was a boy, I remember being 17 years old when this happened in 2001, its ten years later, how many of us feared or doubt that we'd never see this day of 01 May 2011. I'm not an American but I'm sharing the happiness with all my fellow american friends.

Yes, maybe there is justice in this world... It's definitely a comforting thought that this man had finally been killed, but unfortunately the threat is still there, perhaps even bigger than it used to be. Deep, moving poem.

Maybe one day it really is all over. Good poem, straight from your heart.
