A Jewel From Above

As I walked down a lonely path,
Struggling to find my foot on the spiritual path,
Lost in my depression and my own understanding,
I come upon a poem written by my
Surrogate mother CherryOnTop,
Her words reached a deeper level
Of what christ can do for me
And also be for me,
She inspires me with her words,
She took me under her wing
When I needed it most,
I believe in destiny,
That God has made me reach out
To this amazing being
I thank my Father up above
For showing me in her direction,
I believe I've found a Jewel,
Thank you Lord, for showing her to me alone.
